I am considering buying this '01 Z71 Ext. Cab 4 door with 23,000 miles. Yes, you read that right: 23,000 miles!!! This thing is clean! It still feels like a brand new truck. I'm just not sure if Kelley Blue Book can accurately price something like this. I've got the dealer down to 13,800.

Any opinions? What would you do?
