Default new brake lines, bypassing abs?

I have a 2002 silverado that has rusted out brake lines. Wondering if anyone has replaced lines bypassing the abs. I pulled the fuse on the abs years ago and running new lines from the master cylinder (one to the rear where it tees, and adding a tee in the front, then going to each up front. Anyone ever do this? It just seems it would be much less complicated(fewer lines to run) and I dont use the abs anyways. Thanks scott

I'm glad I don't live in Florida, ABS is the best thing that happened to pickups! Why don't you sell or get rid of the Pickup, it can't have much left that isn't ready to rust out if the brake lines are rusted out?
