Default new led bumper light question

I went and got some new LED bumper lights and I noticed that when i turned the blinker on, they blink real fast but if i turn on the hazards they blink like they normally did. Is it supposed to do that? I switched which way the wires went and everything but it still blinks fast?

did you buy just bulbs? or a whole light assembly? if you bought bulbs you'll have to get a load resistor. i bought led bulbs for my turn signals, put them in, and went to check to make sure it worked and it was blinking fast because the leds draw a lot less power then the conventional bulb thus the truck thinking you have a bulb out.

Yes, they will still blink fast. You will have to install load resisters. Your local motorcycle shop will sell them as this is a VERY common problem among motorcyclist who do this conversion. Once you install the load resister (one per side = 2 total) your turn signals will resume their normal speed.

hope this helps
