Sounds complicated.
I've only seen taking the whole dash apart on the 2000's +
After looking in YouTube and Google on mine its that plastic thing under the dash on the passenger side. pays to have the older model for once I guess.

Update: went to the junk yard, only found one radiator; because mine is leaking in the corner on the plastic.
Got it home and mine is a double not a single, returning it tomorrow. fml

maybe theres another way , but we took the whole dash off

and about your radiator that sucked ,, hope you fix it!

Radiator is in, changed the water pump and heater core. Still no heat!!

The blend door moves, the fan moves on high, the fluids run through all the hoses. Fluids are move in the block, out the block, in the HC and out the HC. I don't understand, I should have warm air!!!!
