No power
Hello,
I changed my transmission seals on my truck. When I put everything back together, I didn't notice the main starter wire touching the header. When I connected the battery back it started sparking, disconnected battery, moved wire away from the header and reconnected the battery. When I turn the ignition I have no signs of life. I checked the battery and it's tested good. Replaced the starter wire to no avail. I have power to my headlights and horn only. I have no dash lights, no radio, no power elsewhere. I checked all the fuses and they are good. Could the problem be the ignition switch or computer?

Also, nothing when I try to use jumper cables. When I connect the positive terminal to ground of jumper cables it sparks but nothing when I put negative to ground. Checked all the wires and they are good.
