I have a noise under driver side dash or in streeing wheel. It like something beating under dash on a rough road.2004 crewcab z71.Has around 150000 miles on it. Any one had this on theres.

 

Does it sound like something is loose making a knocking noise once or twice? More when you hit a bump while turning left or right? Do you feel it in the steering wheel? More than likely you need to change out the intermediate steering shaft. Would be more helpful with more information or a better description.
