Default oem advanced remote start

I just purchased a oem advanced remote start for my 2009 crew cab 1500 it came with a module that looks like it hooks into the exsisting remote antenna does any one know were this module is located in the truck Thanks

The module, Remote Control Door Lock, RCDL, is behind the trim just under your rear window. If I remember right, it's on the driver side rear pillar. Your original antenna will not plug in to this new module. You have to use the one in the kit and stick it to the rear window.

My Service Manager printed the install instructions for me to make it easy.

I took my rear seat completely out to make it easier and to save the knuckles!

After you get it installed, dealer will have to program. In the programming process, they may need the GM part number that is on the Yellow Label. (Write it down just in case.)
