I have replaced the pigtail, and the resirtor. I have checked the pigtail connections with a test light all through the cycle of the fan, all checked out. I checked for power to the connector at the fan it is good. Am I missing something or should I replace the fan too

 

Have you checked the relay and removed the blower motor and hooked it to a 12v power supply to see if the motor will run?

The relay could have a bad connection or the blower motor is requiring too many amps or has a break in the wiring to make it operate.

 

The replacement pigtail all the wires are black and white, the factory harness is Red, green, tan, blue, black etc. On the plug there is A,B,C,D etc what color goes to which letter?
