I hear a popping noise when I do hard turns in any direction, what can that be?

Possibly your differential? Im absolutely not an expert but I had popping when I had sharp turns after a little bit more driving it was constant and happened when I drove straight too. It was pretty pricey I hope that's not your problem

 

It could be a problem with your wheel hub. You can do a quick check of this by jacking up your vehicle and trying to shake your tire. If it rocks at all this might be your issue.
