Ok, seller tells me that the air will blow cold then act like it is seizing up. Not sure if the compressor or lines he said. Acts like it is pulling the motor way down. He has a new compressor and accessories that will go with truck. Do you think it might be another sensor or do you just think it sounds like a compressor?

Are you sure it's the compressor locking up ???
1995 was somewhat of the oddball year for Chevy & GMC fullsize trucks. 1 of the common problems with that year was some sort of wiring issue causing fan blower resistor failure and wire melting/frying. When the resistor failed it caused intermittent fan use, high speed fan use only or the blower fan wouldn't work at all. You might want to have it checked out 1st because mines was a headache trying to find the fix.
