Default Potential Axel Boot Problem?

I just replace my axels and axel boots in the front. My drivers side boot already ripped into to pieces. Hasnt come off, just ripped. The passanger side boot is fine. There things are brand new and arent even dirty yet! Is this a potential problem? Thanks!

First you need to check and see if the CV boot was ripped off by rubbing on something else on the truck, or if it was ripped off by you running over something. If you find no clearence issues, you still have a problem. The boots are there for a reason. If they are ripped or torn it allows dirt and water to get in, which will wreck your CV joint in no time. Fix it.
