I have a 95 silverado with a low rpm steering problem at low rpms im not getting any assist. i just replaced the water pump and tensioner arm thinking that it would fix the low rpm steering problem whats my next step? fluid is full no visible leaks thanks for all ur help

 

You could flush the power steering pump, that may help. But a new pump would fix the issue, unless your running 35s or bigger.

 

mines does the same thing SOMETIMES... mines leakin tho..
