Default Question About tires

i have a chevy c1500 1995 i bought rims with 305-45-22 tires ...truck is at the shop ...but i dont know it the 305-45 tires will rub against something...if it does if i lift the truck will it stop or what do i do???

I have a 94 silverado 4x4. I have 265-75-16 on it.I was told any larger and I would rub. Check out your brake and fuel lines for corrosion.I have started having problems with them. As your truck is about the same age, you might want to check them. I put several posts out lately, you might want to look at them. Good luck.

Mud tire can have a lot of benifits. I have a set on the rear of mine now. The same set that has been on for 4 years. They still have a good bit of tread left.
