Hi I was wondering what is that Plastic piece that sits on top of the Bumper that wraps all the way around on the top...Mine is cracked on the LH side but since it's all one big piece I need to replace the whole thing...Also when your mirror gets broken off but just the plastic bracket is broken do you need to replace the WHOLE MIRROR? or just the plastic bracket? Thanks Guys.....
