Rear brakes wearing out to fast
I have had issues like that before and seen it happen on alot of other trucks. The rear disc brakes seem to get alot of things thrown at them from the front wheels as you drive and the caliper slide pins usually end up with torn boots and sieze up. So if you can assemble the rear brakes without the pads and make sure the calipers slide freely. Also check to make sure the pins are not corroded or worn out.
I have also seen the back caliper mounting brakcets bent. Them being bent would also prevent the calipers from sliding, also why I assemble without the pads to check for proper movement.
If all that checks out then check to see that the calipers are not siezed and the pads are also moving on the metal clips that they ride on.
Let us know how you make out.

I have a 2004 Silverado SS That just turned over 150,000 and am on my 4th set of pads and 2nd set of rotors for the rear. Now it is just showing time to replace the front pads and spec. shows I need to replace the rotors as well.
