Default Rebush Door Pins and window issues.

So I was looking at replacing or putting in a door pin kit so I don't have to slam the door to get it to shut. Started having a look at the hinges, (now I used to drive another make of truck) I see to my surprise that the hinges do not unbolt, to allow you to take them out and re-bush them. So first up is there a rebuild kit a guy can get for the door hinges and how do you get them apart, when they are assembled in the truck? Second the truck is a 95 extended cab, the drivers side rear window seems not to seal or pull in as far as the passenger window does to seal. I have to assume that it has been this way a while as the only spot of rust on this truck is directly below the window. The repair manual doesn't give up much really, so I'll try the knowledge bank here.
Thanks for the help.
Shaun

You can get hinge pins and bushings. You do one hinge at a time using a floor jack to hold the door. The pins drive out there are actually special tools to make it easier to remove and install them. Also there is a tool to out the spring back in after you are done.
