I recently purchased a 2007 Chevy 2500HD with the LBZ (Duramax Diesel/Allison Trans). Well, as everyone knows a diesel needs to be warmed up to run good. I would like to add a Remote Starter to it and possibly looking into a GM Remote Starter. I know they have them for other GM cars & trucks. Does anyone know if this is a GM accessory for my truck? or will I need to go with an aftermarket?

 

Some of the GM products come prewired for the remote start. Is remote start available as an option for the Duramax Silverado?
