I was working on the side vent windows in my extended cab the other day. The male screw must've cross-threaded in the female bolt, because now it won't go all the way in. I need a new one, but don't know where to get one. Last time I went into my Chevy dealer, the lady at the parts desk said they don't carry bolts or screws.

Anyone know where I can get a replacement?

It's the shiny piece with the button top in the photo. 1996 Silverado 1500, btw.

See if there is a fastner bolt store near you. If they don't have it, I'm sure they can get it.
