I have purchased replacement Accelerator Pedal Sensor‎ Assembly for my '06 Trailblazer LS. The original is bolted to panel under dash, next to steering column. The bolts are horizontal to my view, and very tight space. I was able to remove bottom two bolts with short #10 wrench (the everyday-type ratchet with #10 cannot fit) , but cannot access the top (last) bolt (#10's). How does someone reach way up in that tight area and get that 3rd bolt out? Suggest tool other than my everyday-type ratchet or short #10 wrench?
