Default replacing a air door actuator in 2000 silverado
Can anyone help me install the air door actuator in my 2000 silverado? I have removed the old one and cant get the new one in right. It is the driver side one and I cant get it to line up right.

if plugged in and operated without being connected to the door the actuator will move beyond it limit of travel (if that makes sense;best i can described it) and not line up.
