Rough idle

My 99 gmc won't idle it revs from 500 rpm to 1500 rpm trying to stay running iv changed plugs,wires,fuel filter,mass air flow anyone got any ideas

I have to agree with country_09, i would check for vaccum leak, either a line or intake.....
