Default Seal replacement

Can you install news seals (oil) front and rear with out pulling the engine .
1999 Chevy Silverado Z-71 4x4 any advice would be apprec. Thans

Yes,but if you have both seals leaking I would do some investigating for excessive pressure in the crankcase. PCV system?? Hows the comprerssion?

Oil oressure 50 lb cold after warm up 40lb at idle 43 approx at 60 mph 147500 miles on motor running 20/50 pensoil

What old wrench is asking is there excessive crankcase (air/blowby) pressure in the crank case? You should go ahead and at least inspect the pcv valve with it removed, and engine running you should feel it sucking.

I found the pcv valve and disconnected it from engine and put my finger over it and it had lots of suction
