Nomad has a good idea there, you could also try to jump the wires that go to the seatbelt plug. There should be a connector under the seat, unplug it and try to jump the circut with a jumper wire and a couple of connectors.
OT: yea, you have to like a gun that can slow a plane down when its fired. Very cool pic!

UPDATE: All you half to do is unplug the wires(connector) going to the seatbelt under the seat. Its very easy once you get a good view of the connector....
