Found a seat cover that I would like to buy on Ebay.... very good seller and honest.... When I checked the fit of the seat cover, and punched in my 1995 stock bench seat, the message said "this doesn't fit for vehicle"... even though the description said it would fit almost all pickup truck bench seats... So I punched in the new truck, a 1989 Chevy C1500 and checked the fit.... It came back with "this does fit your vehicle... " Then did a bunch of research to see what the difference was between a 1989 Chevy and a 1995 Chevy bench seat.... and everyplace I look says that they are "interchangeable." So I replied to the Ebay company and asked for the dimensions of the seat cover.... and I am waiting for their answer.... but thought I would ask if anyone would know why the seat cover would fit a 1989 and not a 1995 bench seat????
