Service Battery Charging System
2007 NBS 45000 miles & I got this on the DIC. My guess is the Alt. because my battery is less than 6 Mo. belt isn't broken & when I rev it up the volt meter stahs at 13 volts! Anyone have any more Ideas? Thanks Charlie

Not necessarily as the alternator is computer controlled, if the BCM thinks the battery is charged it won't enable the alternator to charge the battery, so the rpm's won't have any impact on the voltage output...
That said, you should have the battery and altenator/generator load tested...
