Default sevice engine code 43

I have a 1993 chevy k1500 pickup with a auto tranny 4l60e and a 350 motor. I read the codes with my paper clip and I am reading error code 43. I tried fininding info online but not really finding any helpful info can any one help me out here. I think it is an electronic sensor (which i hope because i am an electrician) but I just dont know yet. Anyone???

-43 One or both of the knock sensors were either open or grounded for 5 seconds. VIN P

-43 Knock sensor voltage was either above 3.62 volts or below 1.44 volts for 24 seconds or ECM did not receive the knock sensor signal. VIN J

Looking around for you those are the two things I found for code 43 for a GM 5.7 Liter depending on what your VIN starts with. I would go ahead and check out your knock sensors. I don't want to post links to other forums but google "where is my knock sensor located 93 chevy 5.7" and the first result should be of help. Hope this helps
