"Sevice Engine Soon" light
I have a 1990 Chevy K2500 with a 3 speed tranny with the granny gear. I just replaced the engine with a new Chevrolet Performance 350 5.7 TBI direct replacement crate engine. Every time I go up a steep grade, (mountain), the "SERVICE ENGINE SOON" light comes on. I have about 500 miles on the engine.
Any ideas what would cause this?
