Hello all,

I have an odd issue with the steering wheel controls on my 2011 Silverado.

They work but they seem to do whatever they want instead of that they should do. A few examples: The Push to Talk/Pairing button turns down the volume on the stereo. The end call button changes the channel. I have a new phone and can't get it paired because of these issues.

I took the battery loose last night and hooked it back up this morning, but it did not change the behavior of the buttons.

Please help if you can.

I suppose that we can disregard this. The battery disconnect appears to have worked. I just had to crank the engine more than once.
