Is it running rough just at idle/accelerating/etc. or all the time? Any engine lights on? Which motor do you have?

I ve riddin in other 5.3 silverados that feel the same way. Cleaning throttle body can only help. Doubt theres water in gas tank. Try running some sea foam in gas tank, that will remove any moisture, and clean your injectors. Without feel your vibration its hard to say but maybe nothing at all. Your timing may need to be adjusted?
