Do not know the appearance of the fluid. Dealership did it and I assume the cheap stuff.

first time could not find anything wrong, second time changed oil, no third time yet, as I was hoping to find the answer in this forum. this noise bothers me so much that im thinking of ford after many many years.

i think you may get a ton of hate mail if you go with the 4 letter word that starts with f. maybe try a power steering oil additive, couldn't hurt
