pressure plate or throwout bearing would be my guess. was the flywheel resurfaced when the clutch was put in?

if its your throwout bearing you would hear a noise when the clutch is depressed, could be you pressure plate any fluid in the slave cylinder?

throwout bearing could be stuck open. or slave cylinder isnt gettin pressure....air pocket in the master cylinder. i just put a clutch in my truck the other day and had to replaced my slave cylinder because it wouldnt go into gear. turns out i had an air pocket in te master cylinder
