Default Silverado dual climate control

Hi to everyone. I'm new here and sure hope to find some help. Have a 2004 Silverado with dual climate control. The preferred setting is for a/c. The driver's side seems to work just as it's supposed to. The passenger side does not. When set for cold air it continuously cycles between cold and warm air. First cold-then warm-then cold-etc.Any ideas...please?

Electronics seem to control everything now (as I am learning). Actuators control the movement of the settings on the climate control. The actuator could be going bad.
