what's the biggest tire I can fit under there without and rub. 31's? 32s? pushin it with 33's?

33s should be okay, might be pushing it if you offroad hardcore.

 

it's my daily driver to work and college so nothing hardcore. I'm going to go with 32" bfg AT i think. on cragar d windows.

 

285x75x16 would fit fine

 

My 98 had 31's on it and there was plenty of room, and that was still at it's stock height. 33's would look nice. If you're not planning on taking it off-road much, I would stick with all-terrains like you said. I got Dick Cepek Mudcountry tires for my truck and now I don't drive it to college anymore because all the highway driving was killing the tread. Now I only get to drive my truck when I go home every now and then, and I definitely miss it

 

i had 94 2500 with 2 '' suspension lift had 33's on with 1/4 '' spacers didnt rub at all
