Default Spray-in bedliner touch up

Hello everyone! I'm a newbee and have a question. I'm in the process of buying an 06 Silverado 1500 ext. cab 2wd. It has a spray in bedliner, but I can't tell what brand the bedliner stuff is. The dealer has no idea as they got the truck at auction. My question is this, does anyone sell a generic "touch up kit" for spray in bedliners. There is a small spot about 1/2" X 3" that is scraped of on the bed of this truck. I'm just looking for something to touch up that spot or future blemishes. Any thoughts? Thanks a million! Smittykid

NAPA, O'Reilly's, Pep Boys and Advanced Auto all sell a can of spray in truck bed liner, like a can of spray paint, for around 8 bucks a can. It is made by Dupli-Cote. I use this stuff all the time as I have recently repainted my trailer with this to protect it better than regular paint, I also have used it to touch up the bed of my truck.

I'm a little late to respond, but:

Those aftermarket products won't stick very well to the original bedliner. You can increase the adhesion by:

1. Clean the area of dust and dirt.
2. Lightly sand the spot.
3. Clean again again.
4. Wipe the area with acetone and then IMMEDIATELY apply the bedliner product.
