Which one is best for the truck bedliner either spray on bedliner or roll on bedliner?

 

Isn't that a bit like comparing apples to pears? Speaking in general terms spray on is more expensive and more durable while a roll-on/paint you can do it yourself and get a good result for little money, but most likely it will not last as long. So for me it comes down to that you get what you pay for.

If your truck isn't brand new and you don't need industrial strength then go for the roll on, just do good preparations so that it won't peel.

My choice actually was neither, I bought a polyurethane-lining that is bolted fast, been using the bed heavily (rocks and rubble, lumber etc) for a couple of years and it still looks good.

i think it depends on the manufacturer. Rhino spray in liners are awsome. while some roll in/bolt in/screw in liners are just as good.

 

I personally have never seen a roll on that could match a sprayed one in appearance. all the DIY ones that I've seen have been very amature-ish looking. I just prefer a more professional detailed look, but I also understand what works for me and what works for someone else is a whole different matter.

 

Actually Heruliner works quite well!

 

I must agree with the sentiment that spray-ins look MUCH better. Especially if you are doing large areas. Some use roll-ons for bumper steps, nerf bars, etc.
Dad's Jeep has a roll-on liner and its uneven and has roller marks. My Silverado has a spray-in and its very even, thick and has no roller marks.

 

spray on bedliner is superior than roll on .I have qwikliner spray on bedliner and it works well.

 

The only benefit to roll-on liners is a repeat application up the road.

Love the spray-in bed liner, almost 1/4" thick and very durable. Also had then do a spray-on clear liner around the bottom of the truck for about $180 for rust and rock protection and that turned out great too.
