just as the subject says. i heard that all you have to do is slip the ss bumper cover over the chrome (or whatever) factory bumper. i wouldnt assume that it is as simple as that. im refering to anything 99+ gmc/chevy. yea i know the bumper has to match the year of the truck, but what are the steps involved to actually do it if you had the ss cover in hand. and any extra parts would be nice to know ahead of time. and one last thing. what is behind the ss bumper on an ss truck?
