I have a 95 Silverado Z71 350 cui, when the key is turned the starter clicks one time everytime the key is turned. The voltage doesn't drop when it clicks and jumping it off doesn't help. I have changed the starter twice in the last 6 months, and it cured the problem for a while until this week when it started doing it again and I changed the starter again this morning and it wouldn't start the first time so I am stumped. I have checked and cleaned all the cables. Any advise will be appreciated.
