Default Strange Brake Lock-Up

I have a Chevy Silverado 97, and for some reason the diver side front brake locks up, and just that one. I replaced the caliper, brake pads and the brake line. It'll drive for about a mile or two before it seems to be completely seized up which initially made me think it was the caliper but I don't think so anymore as if I open the brake line weep hole it totally releases and I can drive it for another mile or so. Again I have replaced the brake line, caliper and brake pads, bled the brakes and I even went and pulled them off and put them back again just to make sure I didn't mess anything up. I am extremely confused as to what it could be at this point and it definitely goes beyond my basic understanding of the system, if anyone had any ideas that would be great!

I figure it cant be the master cylinder either because that would mess with both brakes right? Also I cant imagine that its a clog because that wouldn't allow brake fluid in and not out so I am really at a loss here.
