I just purchased a superchips cortex programmer for my 2011 Silverado 2500HD Vortec 6.0 . I updated it on there website as instructions stated . I plugged it in and It doesnt do anything when i press tune or advanced tune but say but identify the vehicle and beep . I waited 20 mins of beeping and nothing .

 

u should call the hotline on their box

 

We are still working on 2011 support. Give customer service a call at 888-227-2447 for support so a trouble ticket can be made that will let the engineer know you are waiting for the tuning.
