Default Theft Deterent System with a dead battery

Hey guys I have a 2015 5.3 Silverado that I recently Purchased in August, and the other day I went out to start it and noticed the battery was completely dead. I go to give it a jump and tried to start it and it just clicked. Looked on my dash it said to roll the window down and back up to reset which i did and it just gave me a message saying the Theft Deterent System was on with a light on the dash of a vehicle with a lock on it. Not sure what do to or how to reset it.

So you could move the windows on a dead battery?

Get the battery fully charged and, if the "vehicle with a lock on it" light is still on, disconnect the battery. After a minute or so, re-connect and see what happens.

Fixed the issue, not sure if it was the dead battery that caused it or not but I followed a procedure to relearn the transponder ignition key and it started right up afterwards.
