Default runs rough when it wants to

Thanks it works alot better except for a miss at cyl #6. Did a compression test, zero... I removed the valve cover and readjust the valves at cyl #6. Since i was in there, i noticed that some of the other valves were lose. So, i adjusted them all. It runs worst. I adjusted them 1/2 a turn tight after the no valve lash and putting the cam lobes in the position were the intake valve just closed. Any ideas. Have you guys ever found the lifters losing adjustment after running the motor. Or changing its settings back and forth?
Example: the lifter keeping its adjustment and then losing it...
