The only problem I have with the ones that sit in the bed is that you can't fit a full sheet of plywood in your full size bed. Which if you don't hual plywood that often is fine, but, being a cabinet maker and hopefully soon will be getting my contractors licence, I do all the time. If I didn't use my truck that way then I would have a tool box that sits inside the bed so I could have that nice clean look.
