Tow capacity and build info by VIN
I'm hoping that a GMC Sierra question will be tolerated here... I don't know the policy and could not find a like forum for GMCs.
I'm looking at a 2003 GMC 1500HD which is in great shape.
I need it to pull a boat which I already have, and I have not been able to determine whether this truck is rated to pull a 9500 lb. trailer with about 900 lbs. on a weight carrying (ball) Class 4 hitch. I'm also curious about the rest of the specifics of it's build.
The VIN # is 1GTGK13U33F254557
Any help in finding this information will be greatly appreciated.
