Default TPS sensors

Last year I picked up some 20" rims that had TPS's in them, I had them removed and still have them. Now I have a 2013 truck that can use them so I want to know if I can reinstall them? I have NO valve stems just the part that goes inside the wheels itself.
If I can buy the new valve stems does anyone have the part number?

No Tyme,

The rubber valve stem is attached to the sensor electronics by a TORX screw. The valve can and should be replaced whenever the sensor is removed from the wheel.
The part number is #274288. If you would like me to locate this part for you at your closest GM dealership, please let me know.

Thank you for the info. Since I have worked 19 of the last 21 days I find the internet a great place to stay in contact with friends, research things and purchase things... I just placed an order on GM Parts Direct for a pack of 5 sensors #*274288
Also purchased a reset tool since I will need one for these... It should work for the wifes 2012 Equinox and if my daughter gets a Cruze, maybe there too it is has sensors.

Local garage re-installed the TPMS for me and reset the sensors. I did pick up a relearn tool, EL-50448 so when I do tire rotations I can relearn the sensors myself.
I believe this tool will work on my wife's 2012 Equinox and my daughters 2013 Cruze.
