You are going to have to reset the TPS system. Look inside your manual and it will tell you how to reset or relearn your TPS. If that doesn't work you may want to check and see if they actually put them back in. In the manual you have adjust the pressure at each tire....a process that should not take that long.

As discussed above, you'llneed to either re-learn the four individual TPMS's to the truck's body central control module by using the pressure up-down method described in the owner's manual, or you can have your dealership reset the system using a J-46079 TPMS diagnostic/reset tool like this one:

I went to the dealer to have my aftermarket rims, with new sensors set up and the dealer's tech stated he could not set up 22's with the TPMS.....I called BS on this and he stated that if it did not come with 22's he cant program it to accept it. What should I do....?

Hmmm...
I just got 22's put on a few weeks ago and I have no problems. My cousins Audio/Car shop did it and it came out fine. No Chevy Tech there!

This is twice I have read you dealership cant program something that they actually can. The mirrors, now the tires. The tires can be programmed, UNLESS you have a wheel that wont accept/fit the sensor on?? There are a few of these wheels out there!

Otherwise, you need to find a new dealership!

Go to a Caddy dealer. They're more versed in programming wheels and tpms. My chevy dealer did my 07' Burb but they didn't want to do them again when I needed my tires rotated. They actually didn't do it correctly anyway. The reset DIC to factory 35psi specs but my 305/45/22 specs were 45psi. Warnings didn't show up on DIC but it was still done wrong. Went to Caddy dealer two weeks ago. They did rotation and reset computer to 45psi for only $68.00.........

Bobby,
Just forget about your dealer, and in the meantime find a new one.

I did this myself in my garage. It took about2 minutes to do the entire thing. Just make sure you have access to air wherever you do this. So you might do it at your nearest gas station that has air!
