Default Truck making strange sound

I have 02 2500hd 6.0. I have a bbp tune and just recently done the efan conversion. I had a hard time getting a crank relearn done with my truck as it kept rejecting it but it did eventually take it. Now today i started my truck and it made a weird squeaking noise. No codes but the radio said E r r. Anyone know what this means and what the noise could have benn. Runs and drives like a champ

Default Err error

From the service manual, Err is a disc read error

If the disc comes back out and ERR appears on the display, inspect for the following conditions:
• The disc is upside down.

• The disc is dirty, scratched, or wet.

• There is too much moisture in the air.

• Wait an hour and try again.

• The vehicle is operating on a very rough road.

• The disc player is very hot.

Press RECALL in order to eliminate the ERR message.
