Trying to Bleed Rear Brakes and no pressure
I did a search for proportioning valve tool. The link below shows what it looks like.

so this is what is all looks like right now. is there anywhere that i can buy the silver proportioning/combination valve and how much do you think it might cost? i think i might have striped out the back threads on the proportion/comb valve.
Threads or the flats on the nuts? You might need a line wrench to fit your B nut. You can start with bench bleeding the master cylinder, then reinstall it with the porportioning valve, then bleed to the rear, then front brakes.
