you can actually but the block kit at autozone or advanced..mine was i think $30..and the key kit either from the site u posted or u might want to check rough country..skyjacker..or maybe super lift.....they should all be the same..you might get it cheaper tho..

i have the keys in front and got 2.5" when measuring from the ground to the top of wheel well befor and after. my 02 z71 did have a 2" block already stock. i now replaced that with a 3" block. as a recomendation if you do the blocks yourself-do one side at a time on level ground. i learned that the hard way doing both sides at once in a gravel uneven parking lot. what a B to get back together.

 

oh and i went with rough country for the front. did notice a difference in ride quality but really not as much as everyone made it sound.
