2WD is a bit unfamiliar, specially to me in terms of lifting and everything relating to suspension. these don't have the transfer case for the mechanic or manufacturer to worry about, but there is the drive shaft and other drive line components to worry about, deeply!and that's one long drive shaft we are talking about here! so like said before me, um not pimping anyone else here, but bulletproof suspension(bulletproofsuspension.net) has a lot of lift kits in different lift heights for Chevy n GMC vehicles. so u could probably try them out, if you check them, I wont believe you got disappointed. trust me, they are that cool! just few examples, they did Britney Spears's Pink Hummer, whole kit n also they got featured in the trucking magazines several times....
