Weird Clicking Sound From Gauges

Weird Clicking Sound From Gauges
My truck makes two different clicking sounds when driving coming from the gauges of all places.
The first im convinced is just a short from the turning signal because it will make the turning signal noise even when im just driving straight, it stops whenever I brake, but this clicking noise isnt too big a deal for me.
The Second is. Sometimes when im driving i hear thousands of Snap-Click sounds as if there was a Sub-Machine Gun in my dash. And while this clicking happens my trucks A/C goes on even if the Dial is set to OFF. Any ideas on what this is and how to fix it?
